For Massage Appointments
24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment is required.
If you are ill, or have an emergency, please text or email as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to rebook your appointment from the wait list. If this is not possible, you may be charged full price for a missed appointment.
For Gift Vouchers
Appointments made using a gift voucher have the same terms and conditions as regular appointments. Failure to attend or a short notice cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.
For Course Bookings
Your place will be held for one week after your booking application is accepted. Payment is due within one week of your booking to hold this place.
You may either pay £50 as a deposit or the entire amount on booking. (read more) expand
Full payment is due one month prior to the course date. If payment is not made in this time you may lose your place and your deposit.
Bookings within one month of the course date require the full amount to be paid on acceptance.
Your payment is for your reserved and confirmed place on your course.
Unfortunately, confirmed course bookings are non-transferable between courses. If you have booked on a course and cannot attend, it is not normally possible to credit the attendee with a place on a future course. However every effort will be made to fill your place, and offer you a place on a future course – in this event there may be a small administration fee.
Confirmed course bookings may be transferable between attendees by prior arrangement. If you have booked on a course and cannot attend, but have a colleague that can attend in your place, this will usually be possible. However it is your responsibility, as the person who booked the course, to both propose a colleague to take your place and ensure that the full amount is paid within one month of the course date.
Cancellations received more than one month prior to course date incur a cancellation charge of £50. Every effort will be made to rebook the place and if we are able to do so an administration charge of 15% of the course price will be assessed.

It is my policy not to cancel or postpone courses due to low enrolment numbers. However in the unlikely event that a course must be postponed and the rescheduled date is not convenient our liability will be limited to a full refund of your course fees paid.
We reserve the right to alter the course venue, timetable, contents and structure where necessary, at any time.
We reserve the right to decline applications for bookings for valid reasons.
We reserve the right to consider non-attendance on the day, or arrival in excess of two hours after published registration times, as a cancellation and this usually incurs a charge of the course price. (read less) collapse
